SHARED RESOURCES

In addition to providing the day to day programs for students enrolled at this school, we are committed to supporting new arrival students and their teachers in NSW public schools. In particular we are developing strategies to provide online support to new arrival students and their teachers in rural and isolated areas.

Below are some of our resources currently available. As we develop new resources these will be added to the site. These resources are used with students attending Cleveland Street Intensive English High School (CSIEHS) and are included because of their effectiveness in achieving student language outcomes.

At CSIEHS the English as a second language (ESL) curriculum is taught through the Key Learning Areas (KLAs). Teachers will find these resources of use to both ESL and English speaking background students (ESB) who need explicit language and literacy support. The resources available below are applicable to use with a range of age/stage students and relate to the NSW curriculum.

Please note below the computer & software requirements for the effective use of site.

Feedback to us your advice, comments, suggestions, corrections etc. Use FEEDBACK FORM link at the top of the page.
